Hi all-I wanted to introduce myself to the Genesys WFO community.  I'm responsible for WFM products for Genesys, and have been a long member of the SWPP community (which you should join, if you are into WFM!).

I've worked in some form of WFM for 25 years or so, and at one point started a software company, Bay Bridge, to help companies develop long term contact center plans (This product is Genesys' Decisions product (which is exceptionally powerful and cool)).

We've been working on some real innovation, that the illustrious Cam Smith posted about yesterday.  The new forecasters and schedule optimizers that are coming are exciting, and I'll post about them in just a bit.
