  • 1.  SIP 408 error

    Hi, during an interaction (call) the agents are experiencing the call dropping out and PureCloud displays a SIP 408 error. Has anyone else experienced this? I have examples in a ticket with Genesys but not getting very far.

    Hi Kylie, we had a major outage which was carrier related about a month ago which has since been resolved that caused the same type of errors. But since then I we have intermittent calls drop out or degraded quality which can hear from our customers when we listen to the recordings.

    Thanks Darryn, That's really helpful. I think I'll lodge a ticket with our carrier.

    No troubles Kylie, its worth a try anyways at least allows you to eliminate the carrier from the cause of the issue if they are not able to identify the issue on their network.
