  • 1.  Anyone experiencing slow response from Purecloud?

    Team, today i have noticed a slow response from Purecloud and genesys pages and wanted to find out if anyone else is also experiencing it.
    Agents are reporting that outbound scripts are either not loading or appearing halfway through their calls.
    Internal networks are advising no known issues reported and everything else is running as per bau.

    Architect is slow to respond and throws the error that its taking longer than normal to load.

    I have submitted a ticket but wanted to know if there are any other cases

    #Outbound
    #SystemAdministration
    #Unsure/Other

    The same here, every now and then we face slow responses on main gui and architect at some of our orgs (interestingly not on all orgs though) and the call alert popup is delayed quite noticeably. After some days the problem disappears and reoccurs intermittently after some while.
    Comparing dates it looks like updates may caused this. Not sure though

    We have been experiencing slowness today.  Specifically, the call alert pop up is lagging the call by up to 30 seconds.

    I am just wondering - are you experiencing a heavier call load than usual, or doing anything out of the ordinary?
