Team, today i have noticed a slow response from Purecloud and genesys pages and wanted to find out if anyone else is also experiencing it.
Agents are reporting that outbound scripts are either not loading or appearing halfway through their calls.
Internal networks are advising no known issues reported and everything else is running as per bau.
Architect is slow to respond and throws the error that its taking longer than normal to load.
I have submitted a ticket but wanted to know if there are any other cases
