Can I reset a user password immediately after I create that new user?
I seem to be unable to do this now. I'm sure I use to in the past.
I am a channel partner and creating accounts for a customer. I want to create a few "dummy" PureCloud accounts I will use as fax call answering accounts. I want to create the account, and give it a password that I can later give to the customer. But the Reset Password function does nothing when I click Save, it won't save the new password. Do I have to send the Welcome Invitation? Don't want to do that. Seems like in the past I've been able to immediately reset the password. I check and there is no minimum password age setting in their ORG.
