Dear Community
In the Self Service and Automation section of the PureCloud roadmap for Q4 there is reference to Provide Busy Audio Feedback During Data Action (CLSELF-l-73).
From our understanding, this will allow us to call data actions while playing music. Currently no music is played, whilst the data action has a 60 second time out in the IVR the caller can be on hold without music during this time.
Are we understanding this correctly please?
