    Hello,

I would like to know how can i create a survey based on DTMF through architect?
Can we use the collect input function to store the digit put by the customer?

    Best Regard,

Yes, the collect input action will store the user's DTMF input in the action's Input Data Name variable.
    A couple notes:
    1) The failure path means either the caller did not enter any/enough digits (if the Number of Digits is > 1), or if you are using a Verification type the caller didn't confirm their choice.
    2)  The success path of the action means the system successfully heard the expected number of digits.  You might need to do additional validation to make sure the caller input a valid digit.  For example, if you ask for a value from 1 to 5, the success path will be taken if the caller enters 8.  You would need to put a decision action in the success path to make sure the digit is in the correct range.  You might want to put each collect input action inside a loop action to allow the caller more than 1 try to answer a question.

How do you plan to store the survey responses? If in a database, you will need to set up the Web Services Data Actions integration, plus have a web service to write to that the integration can talks to.

Just curious as to what you have in mind.
