We're migrating our email handling to Purecloud from a dedicated email ticket system. We're planning to use Exchange as archive.
The plan is to establish a subdomain to our original domain, and use redirects from our existing email addresses.
I've seen this guide:
Register your domain and redirect inbound messages - PureCloud Resource CenterIt seems to me like this will be a short cut compared to establishing a subdomain and change DNS setting (internal approval processes etc.) I'm concerned about spamfilters.
Will they stop emails sent from ourdomain.mypurecloud.com that appears to be sent from ourdomain.com?
