  • 1.  ADFS OH NO error

    Hello,

    we have a client that uses ADFS to authenticate on purecloud for over 600 users.

    Intermittently when users try and login they get an error saying "oh no something went wrong"

    I would say it does not happen very often in the morning when they first login, but seems to happen during the day after a log out and trying to log back in. if they wait +- 6 minutes they can log in again.

    Does anyone have any experience and advise on this? I have asked their IT to have a look at the ADFS logs, but they say they dont see an attempt in the logs.
    The console logs for purecloud returns an unauthorized error.
