  • 1.  Salesforce Campaign Management

    Hi

    I've recently begun setting up 'Campaign Management' in Salesforce.

    I'm at the initial stages of the setup although I've come across a hurdle.

    I've successfully added 'members' (aka contacts) to the campaign in Salesforce however I'm finding that real-time updates to the 'members' (contacts) in Salesforce aren't updating and syncing to the contact list in PureCloud. 

    For example, if we update the phone number post insertion, the number won't update.

    Any thoughts on this?

    You need to make sure that you are clearing the "synced to Purecloud" checkbox when you update the field.  This tells the Apex code running in SF that the campaign member needs to be re-synced: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/resync-campaign-members/
