@Melissa BaileyCustomer has reported their agents are getting some notification saying "New version of purecloud available, Do you want to upgrade now?"
As we discussed earlier, the upgrades are pushed automatically then why this notication asking the user? We might end up in a scenario when half of the agent population is upgraded and half is not?

Short answer: no.
Long answer: We deploy new versions of our microservices frequently and we don't keep dozens or hundreds of versions of each microsservice around for you to decide which one you want to use. You can know you're always hitting the latest & greatest version of all of our microservices.
There is one exception--you can control when your edge update. See Schedule automatic updates for the Edge software - PureCloud Resource Center
