    Hi

    I am having issue with my edge not connecting to the Cloud. I think I have configured the VM properly.

    Please advise on where to check? Also does PureCloud write logs for a more detailed fail?

    Have you tried putting the Edge In-Service? You can't get to the point you show in the screenshot without having connected to PureCloud. It won't go any further, however, until you click Put Edge In-Service.

    Hi

    Thanks for your quick reply. I have put it into service, but still won't connect. Restarting it takes ages without any success.
    Is there anything else I can check?

    Hi both my VM have internet access, where could I be failing, and my firewalls have been disabled.
