    Hi All,

    I know there is the status page: PureCloud by Genesys Status
    And I know you can monitor the Edge Devices: View the Edge and trunk metrics - PureCloud Resource Center

    Is there a way of constantly monitoring PureCloud itself in realtime? Maybe some elastic IPs that are pingable?

    Hi Craig,

    I think getting back a ping from something on the public side of the AWS infrastructure will tell you very little about the health of PureCloud, which I assume is the goal. From that sense the status page gives a much better picture.

    If an end customer does want to do a check of their own they could periodically request some sort of data via the API. That will tell you a lot more than just seeing that the infrastructure is answering.

    You can also hit the Status page directly via the API. If you go to: PureCloud by Genesys Status - API
    Mypurecloud remove preview
    PureCloud by Genesys Status - API
    The following documentation is provided to let users of the PureCloud by Genesys status page programmatically access various elements on the page. Endpoints are displayed with examples using cURL and our embeded javascript widget (if available).
