  • 1.  Agent Filter on Queue Activity page doesn't work

    As you can see from the screenshot below, there are supposed to be 7 off-queue agents. Some filters work while some don't.
    When select some filters, it doesn't work as it suppose to
    #QualityManagement

    It works fine in my organization:


    Do you click the Refresh icon to see changes in that view? It does not automatically refressh for changes when you have the view filtered.

    Apparently, it's just a temporary thing. The issue has gone after a while.
