Hello everyone.
We need to plan the stress tests for our solution and we have some doubts on the PureCloud component, namely:
- Can we assume that, since our edge handles 350 concurrent calls, we can have up to 350 calls in our IVR flows? Is there any other bottleneck that we should now about?
- Are there any tips (r.g. tools) on how to stress test our solution in what concerns to voice calls?
- Is there any bottleneck on the bridge server that we need to be aware?
