Hi All,

How can i extract Trunk and Edge Utilization historical report let say for the past month, i can see the statistics real time by using Matrix engine. however i need to have historical record. 

Historical Report.
Total Calls Counts by Edges  (Which edge device handled calls and its statistics)
Call Counts by Trunk (External Trunk/ Phone Trunk)  
Total calls report per day
Total calls on External Trunk
Total Calls on phone trunk.

Understand that such report is not part of the existing PURECLOUD report, but i am looking for some workaround to get required statistics. Please advise.  Many thanks as always.

I asked about this one and the reporting doesn't exist and no workaround that I could find. A good next step would be for one of you to submit an idea and then the others can vote for it: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
