Is there a way to have a summary section for the Queues Activity page? Similar to what is on the Queues Performance would be nice? I like to know total calls waiting, call backs and live calls total, and interactions.

There isn't a way to do that just now. You could look at some of the tools on the AppFoundry (https://appfoundry.genesys.com/) to check what they have there.

You could also raise this idea here: PureCloud Ideas Lab

Good place to let Genesys know of what improvements would be nice in their product and others can vote on them to get them noticed.

We are currently working on a set of enhancements for the Queue Activity Summary view, which includes a summary row for filtered queue lists, similar to Queue Performance Summary.

We are doing our best to get it out as quickly as possible; I don't have a good estimate for you yet but, I can tell you that it should come by early next year.
