Hi everyone.

I doing some tests with Quality Role Permissions in order to restringe access between two quality teams.

For instance, Quality Team A can only add new evaluations to Agents from Team A and Quality Team B can add new evaluations to Agents from Team B.

For this, I created two Quality Evaluator Roles for each team, and I tried to set "Quality > Evaluation > Add" (Add a new Evaluation) with a condition as Condition Type: "Evaluation Agent"/ Operator: "Equals" and on Value I added each agent from the correspondent team. However I got this error "You cannot have more than ten values on a condition." and so I can't add all agents from the team.

Is there another way to achieve this?

I don't think there is currently a solution for what you want to do.

The new Divisions feature should accomplish what you want...soon.
