    Hello Everyone,

    I have a survey IVR (Feedback IVR) to collect the caller feedback after the agent finish the call.
    However, the agent transfers the caller manually to the survey IVR!.

    My question, is it possible to be transferred automatically?

    No, there is nothing that can transfer a call to IVR instead of disconnecting when the agent disconnects a call.
