Hi All
I have been creating a custom a role for a few of our managers who purely only need to Live monitor and Listen to call interactions.
While I have managed to restrict the permissions I am noticing that in order to have Interactions, i need to enable
Analytics > Conversation Detail > View which then allows scheduled callbacks view to be accessible.
It seems that Analytics > Conversation Detail > View holds quite a number of other permissions in one. Does anyone know of an alternative permission I can use just to allow Live/Listen monitoring only?
I have tried every combination that I know of to restrict scheduled callbacks from the performance tab but still no luck.
