    getting the above message when trying to make an outbound call

    I take it your using WebRTC?
    I would receive this error when attempting to test WebRTC but was unable to determine which program was conflicting with Purecloud.
    Unfortunately care was unable to provide an answer either.

    It is WEBRTC .

    it was working up until Friday . 

    what did you do to resolve the issue

    Hi... I have experienced problems like this in the past with Chrome where agents have installed plugins that have caused the conflicts - may be worth looking down this avenue... regards Matt

    Hi Guys 

    Thanks for the update , but its not plugins either as I can logon to other ORG's from the same browser and can make and receive calls.
