    PureCloud Voice rate decrease

    Inbound call rates for PureCloud Voice in EMEA now average 6% lower. Several outbound call rates are also lower. For more information, see PureCloud Voice pricing.

    My Performance views for agents 

    Agents can now view their individual performance metrics in new performance views. The My Performance views show an agent's past performance, status, evaluations, and schedule. The views provide more detailed information and customization options than the classic Agent dashboard. The My Performance views will eventually replace the classic Agent dashboard.
