But I don't think we can recommend a command based tool to the end user like quality managers to first merge it and then send the resultant videos to HR and Legal. Anyways, I will give it a shot. Moreover even if you merge the video and audio, How to make sure audio is overlay'ed properly? I mean video does not have the audio part which customer has spent listening to the IVR.
@Ann Magie I don't think genesys is working on something like this.. which is why I have added this as an idea in the idea lab. Could both of you guys vote for it?

Purecloud downloads Call and Screen recordings as separate files. Which can't be either stitched or played like a single video file in any external media player. It does not serve the purpose if you have to send the call and screen recording to someone who is not part of your organization e.g. HR, Legal etc.
Any suggestions how to play this video outside purecloud?
