  • 1.  Limitation on Users in The System

    I have looked in the Resource Center and on the discussion posts, I may have missed this. Is there a known limit to the amount of users an organization can have? Would it mainly be based on the amount of calls and the amount of Edges to handle the calls, rather than a user cap? Talking 2500+ users.

    I believe stress testing has been condo Ted with 10000 agents, but most common is the 1500 agent mark.

    There is no theoretical limit to users in the system. You need to make sure that you have the telephony and networking bandwidth resources required to support the number of calls anticipated on the system and the number of concurrent client/UI logins.
