If I enter the following (adding in my org name where appropriate), I get a blank screen.

If I remove /directory/ to make it look closer to the URL you posted, I get to the login page, but org name isn't defined.
If I use your URL with my org name, it does populate the org field, but of course it's the wrong region.
It seems like I'm close - but need some help figuring out the syntax for my specific region.

I don't have access to the idea forum, but wanted to chime in and say that we would very much like this ability too. One of the most common Genesys tickets we get is related to signing in the first time and needing to choose, then populate, the organization field. It would save us a lot of frustration if we could configure this for our users.

There is no way currently to preset the orgname. There's an idea already out there for additional "switches" for the desktop app, you might want to vote that one up and add your comments about your use-case.
