When you create a new queue with the same name as an old one, it has a different GUID than the old one which should prevent it from being associated with the old queue's data.
I don't know if higher levels of Care could get the old GUID back and re-create the queue for you.

Anyone know how to recover deleted queues?
Is it matter of creating the same name again of the queue?
We have removed some old queues but have now been asked for the data, while the wrap up performance and interactions still retain this detail was hoping to see if there was an easier way to retrieve the wrap details from the old data.
