Interactions export is now available! You should now find the download button in your Interactions, Agent Interactions, and Queue Interactions views if you have
Analytics > Data Export > All permissions. Check out the Resource Center for more information:

Currently the only way to do something like that is through the API (and to get in-depth assistance with using the API it is best to post in the forum at developer.mypurecloud.com).
The ability to export to CSV from Performance>Interactions is being worked on, but we do not yet have a time frame for when it will be available.

We want to export the list of all interactions on Purecloud for a period of time (for example: for 1 week or a mounth...etc)
We can see them on Performance>Interactions, but we can not export this list as csv file or other format
I checked also on the report menu, but I didn't find what we are looking for
Please, any idea of how to do it ?
