    Hello Everyone,

    I am having a problem to login for one of the organization's PureCloud. 

    This page is freeze.
    I have already tried different ways to solve this:
    -  Clearing browser data
    -  Login from different Laptop
    -  I was able to login to different PureCloud Org successfully
    -  Lastly, I restart the Edge even though I do not think this is related for the Edge.

    Please your comment and advise would be helpful.

    Try bypassing the Internet proxy.

    We have found TLS settings causing similar issue previously disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 specifically with the Purecloud App

    Another thing I have run into is when trying to log in to an Org that is housed in a different region from where I am, physically (for example, I was in India trying to log into an org in the Americas region) and the latency was such that the login could not complete.

    Thank you all for the reply.

    I have two different Orgs, which both have same region.
    From same browser, I am able to login to one, but not able to other.

    I have already opened a case.

    Care will ask you for the Console log, I'm sure, but that's where I would look first to see if there are errors when you try logging into the problematic Org. F12 in thye browser should bring up that log window, and the Console tab should show errors when trying to log in. Usually there is an error which gives you an idea as to what is going wrong (and shows the difference between the two logins).
