Hi There,
We are having issues since the outage on Wednesday with the hold function. When agents try to put a caller on hold it doesn't work and takes a number of tries to get the hold to take. Likewise when taking a caller off of hold they are having the same difficulty. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
We are using Skype through a PureIP connection so I wanted to see if this was a Purecloud issue or if I need to be looking into Skype for the problem. Thank you.
