That sounds odd...I didn't think we had any dialing privileges by classification in PureCloud.
That
is a feature in PureConnect. Just to be sure, which platform are you using?
If definitely PureCloud, look at the Site settings for Outbound Routes, and also see what the Simulate Call tab tells you for the number being dialed.

Getting the below error:
The Initiator of the outgoing call does not have the correct dialing priviledge for the classification of call that is being dialed.
From where i can enable this permission.
