    Greetings!

    As I mentioned last month, sometimes Customer Care may need more than a console log to troubleshoot issues you may experience with PureCloud. Sometimes, a console network log, also known as simply a network log is needed.

    Last month's video showed how to get a network log with PureCloud running on Chrome. This month's video shows how to get a network log with PureCloud running in the Firefox browser.

    You can find Getting a network log on Firefox in the View Troubleshoot Videos section of Troubleshoot PureCloud on the PureCloud Resource Center.
