  • 1.  How to use (RCBS)(Recording Cloud Backup Service))

    Currently RCBS fetches all the call recording based on maxAge and minAge .  But in case if we need to fetch a single call recording based on the AgentId and Timestamp . What all necessary configurations changes need to be done in config.properties file ?
    Can anyone help on this
