Whatever organization you are logged into is not licensed.
If you received the Activation email and, instead of just activating you clicked the other option and created a new Org, then you need to go back and make sure you activate th correct Organization (with the name sent in the email and in the correct Region), then try logging in again. You'll need to contact
CloudSales@genesys.com if you cannot figure out the correct Org name and Region.

Hello,
I'm trying to configure a new Edge for a new organization, but I'm having the following issues:
1.- Can't assign the role for telephony to my user (I can't see this role)
2.- Since I don't have telephony role, I cannot see the Edge menu to configure it.
Looks like there is an issue with the license because I cannot see Purecloud 1,2 or 3 next to the role. See image:
I this a normal issue or do I have something wrong?
