We have used log collection procedure as described here:
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/gather-desktop-app-console-log/ but the challenge is with seldom issues where agent can't easily reproduce the problem.
We tried Chromium debug parameters and added "--enable-logging --v=1" into launch icon of Purecloud Desktop client but this didn't collect any meaningful logs.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Interactive Intelligence\PureCloud\PureCloud.exe" --enable-logging --v=1
Does anyone know how to automatically capture logs into a file which then can be collected when the issue occurs ?
