  • 1.  External Trunk Configuration

    Hello @George Ganahl

    I would like to know, based on the diagram below, how to fill the fields highlighted in yellow on PureCloud UI (Trunk section) ?

    Knowing that SBC side, there will be a VIP between the two (for LoadBalancing) 

    1. Where Can I put this VIP address ? in both Inbound/Outbound fields (because in the case of incoming and outgoing calls, we go through the SBC either to go out or to get to the Edge) ?

    2. How many External Trunk SIP I have to create per Edge ? only one from the edge to the VIP ?

    Did you ever get a response on this? Where you able to configure a Virtual IP?

    No, But I was able to configure an External Trunk with the SBC VIP.

    In the Outbound / SIP servers or Proxies : you need to specify your SBC VIP and Port (VIP : port)
    In the SIP Access Control, we allowed the VIP address.
