  • 1.  Edge Software Release version 1.0.0.8038

    Hi 

    Anyone encounter issues after the recent update 1.0.0.8038?

    2 of my customers experienced Edge not communicating well with phones (certain model of hardphone and softphone).  At some point, calls could not get connected with the phones. I'm not sure if the issue is related to the new release though.

    We installed this release right when it came out and haven't had any issues.

    Hi MY... not here. we are running Polycom VVX311 and Purcloud App no reported issues of the type you mention... will keep you posted If I see anything. Thanks for the heads up

    Looks like our Edges updated over night, so far so good no reported issues.
    We operated VVX 301 and use the Chrome with the Web UI

    We re-booted the Edges, did not rollback to earlier version; and Thank God everything looks good so far

    Experiencing issues today, call analysis is not functioning correctly. Agents are also advising that calls are terminating at 10min into the call.
    Checking with out network carrier but bit of a concern, have raised with care team still awaiting a case manager

    Updated to latest version and few tweeks in external carrier. Seems to be restoring now

    Hello,

    We had a similar issue with a larger than usual number of calls disconnecting at around 10 to 15 minutes (but only while on hold), then our system upgraded to .8812 over the weekend and we've had no issues reported so far today.

    May be related, may not be - investigation of the dropped calls last week identified caller-endpoint disconnections.
