Can you give an example of exactly what you are looking for? It sounds like you are asking for the GUID for each Contact (you didn't mention whether internal users or the external Contacts for customers/vendors/etc.).
The GUID is not exposed in a report.
There is an API call to GET contacts
https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/externalcontacts/index.html#getExternalcontactsContactsThat call returns all the info, including the "id" field. You can ask more detailed questions in the forum at developer.mypurecloud.com, if you want to go the API route.
