I have a customer that wants to have a handset timeout in the queue. I know I can build the In-Queue flow to match the requirements, but the timeout changes often (sometimes several times a week)
I CIC/PureConnect we had a field in Attendant (Transfer to Queue/Timeout) that could be easily changed regardless of the queue logic
Does anything like that exist in the PureCloud/Architect?
