I think the best place for you to start would be to sample through the eLearning at training.mypurecloud.com. There is a PureCloud Core Learning Plan.
It is way outdated, but gives you a good idea of what PureCloud is all about.
Once done with that, go through the PureCloud GCA Study Guide on that site (which links to the PureCloud Resource Center) then take the GCA exam to get certified. Not that hard.
More certifications are on the way.

Hi All,
I try to widen my horizons. I have been working with CIC (ININ) from 1.2 onwards and try to get to understand the difference between PureConnect and PureCloud. I would love to see and experience the PureCloud administrative part to see where the differences are and how quickly I can get up to speed with the product.
Due to redundancy I look for an other job and there isn't much PureConnect demand, but the more PureCloud so any one who can geve me some information please let me know.
