Information of Last Provision is different between phones users

    Hi
    I have a display problem.
    I have a customer, they have five physical edges in a cluster.
    When we provisioning the Purecloud softphone at edge FQDN, on the Phone Management view appear all the phone user that´s work in green (online state) but if I put the mouse over the Last Provision column (letter i) appear the information of the phone´s provisioning
    this information sait: "Last provisioned on date/hour from IP ADDRESS"
    In some cases this information show the ip address of differents edges, in other cases appear the  ip address of the user´s machines. I do not understand what is the difference.
    At moment in both cases the users are working normally, but, I do not know  If it´s could bring ´problems after.

    If I compare the information of this organization with other, in the other organizations only appear the IP Address of user´s machines
