    Hello,

    in Dynamics, we can call a customer by just clicking in the button at the right corner.

    Since I have Cisco Jabber installed on my computer, so it is automatically chosen and the call is made.

    I would like to know if it's possible to use PureCloud Softphone to make the call by clicking on the number instead of using Jabber or Skype ? (Plugin, Browser extension.. ?)
