    Here at Occam we've had our PureCloud testing and monitoring platform called ETS released for around 12 months. With some great customer feedback we've added a number of new features over that time such as:

     

    • Pulling the IVR and prompt information from Architect and giving a pictorial overview of the call flows from which you can create your tests and monitoring.
    • Automatically testing the agent desktop for screen pops and to check skills routing
    • Scheduled emailing of reports showing issues and uptime
    • Everything available from within the PureCloud portal

     

    As we move into 2019 we'd love to open up the input into our product roadmap to the whole PureCloud community as well as our existing customers. So whether you're using our ETS platform or you don't but there's something in PureCloud you'd like to monitor or test but it's not available on ETS or PureCloud, please let us know on this thread or email us at newfeatures@occam.global.
