  • 1.  Schedules for IVR

    Hi

    Anyone encounter problem recently while making changes to individual schedules (be it open, close or holiday) and not able to save it?

    For days we reported it to support and not much help was provided.

    Had a similar issue, while i didn't raise it with support i did have the notifications pop up and tell me if it successfully saved or not. When it failed i would retry and save again and that would fix it.
