  • 1.  Recommending voice path for PureCloud

    Hi Team,

    Based  on  what  I read,  Genesys  mentioned that  soft  phone will not work  properly on   VDI.   Do we have any other options  here?
    Customer want to use VDI due to some internal policy, could you please provide possible option here.

    Use physical IP Phones.

    Customer doesn't want to use physical phones, is there any work around to use VDI.
