    is there an option to integrate Pure cloud Chat with the customer mobile application.

    Hi Mohammad,

    You can use the Web Chat API to build your own Chat Client now:

    https://developer.mypurecloud.com.au/api/webchat/

    I've seen a demonstration of a mobile app using this API already.
