AppFoundry: The Genesys Marketplace Experience

Hi,

Please suggest a good softphone client in app foundry or elsewhere which have all features specially to handle email like outlook integrated in Genesys cloud.

The WebRTC softphone is designed to be a voice path for any user on the platform.  It requires no licensing (aside from Communicate for the user) nor does it require a login.  For Email, you need a GCX 2 subscription or above and then you can handle emails.  If you need more email functionality, check out Email Ninja on AppFoundry.
