    Our app is PureSocial. We integrate Social Media and Video calls into the Genesys Cloud Center. We offer more than 10 Social Media channels (Facebook wall, Twitter feed, Telegram, Instagram feed, WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook Messenger, Twitter Direct Messages, Instagram Direct Messages, Webchat)  with a 360° vision of public and private conversations.

    We use PureSocial and what a great experience we are having. The team is outstanding to deal with and the app is integrated directly into the Genesys routing engine so makes it so easy to work with.
