    Hi everyone, 

    Nice to meet you, I'm Melissa, the Online Community Specialist here at Genesys. I work with @Matt Lawson, our Community Manager. 

    Excited to be part of the AppFoundry Community. 


    I'm new to Genesys, hitting my 60 day mark very soon. My background is in community management and operations serving small to medium sized businesses and enterprise customers.

    In my free time, I enjoy collecting stickers and rewatching Downtown Abbey over and over again!

    Depends which Sinigang (pork, fish, shrimp).

    I prefer pork and shrimp! Oh, and don't forget to have it with plain white rice. :)

    I'm based in New York City, where I live with my fiancé and 2 cats, Moose & Roo.

    I am Kevin Bryan and am Owner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Digital Base Productions. Digital Base is a global voice over studio with access to multiple languages for voice overs and translations.  Digital Base has been working with Genesys for quite awhile and when a voice is needed and done quickly and with flexibility to your requests and deadlines we usually get the chance to work on your project.

    I am definitely a pasta kinda guy!  Also big time into Flight sims....((Yep I am a flight sim Nerd)))  Usually in an f14 with 20-30 other Flight sim nerds!

    You can call me Matt, and I am a Senior Technical Support Engineer here at Genesys.
    One of my goals for this year is to engage in the Genesys Community, and hence this post. :)

    My hobbies include hiking, playing computer games, and reading.
