I am currently working on schedule bids. My enterprise is open six days per week (14 hours per day Mon-Fri and 8 hours on Sat). There is significantly lower call volume on Saturdays. I am currently overstaffed. The problem I am experiencing is that when creating a schedule bid Optimizer schedules about 70% of my total staff (55 out of 80 agents) on Saturday. In reality I only need to schedule about 30% of my staff on Saturday. Is there a way to restrict Optimizer from scheduling so many agents on Saturday in this scenario?

I'd recommend opening a support ticket so that we could evaluate. Things I'd make sure of would be to ensure Saturday is optional for some shifts and that the shift allows minimum weekly paid time to be met on other days and make sure you aren't allowing more shifts in the bid than their are people.
