I am currently working on schedule bids. My enterprise is open six days per week (14 hours per day Mon-Fri and 8 hours on Sat). There is significantly lower call volume on Saturdays. I am currently overstaffed. The problem I am experiencing is that when creating a schedule bid Optimizer schedules about 70% of my total staff (55 out of 80 agents) on Saturday. In reality I only need to schedule about 30% of my staff on Saturday.
Is there a way to restrict Optimizer from scheduling so many agents on Saturday in this scenario?
