  • 1.  Interaction Connect integration with CRM

    Dear All, We have CRM integration with PureConnect using HTTP form, as default when the call routed to an agent, his screen will pop up with CRM customer info screen. My question is in this scenario we have 2 different screens(CRM & Interaction Connect), is there availability to embed CRM HTTP form inside Interaction Connect interface? So everything will be in single interface :) Thanks & Best Regards, Youssef Atef

    You have to develop an Interaction Connect Add-In.

    In the Conceptual Content section, you'll find a high-level overview of how and when to use the Interaction Connect Add-in API to create add-ins and perform common functions such as creating a view and watching a queue. It also includes information about the basic requirements, as well as guidelines for deploying add-ins.
