    Dear Team, Is it possible to get a report of the most chosen service on the current IVR, i.e. what is the most frequently selected option on our IVR or sub list. Thanks for your support. Khaleel

    Try running an IVR report for level 5... depending on how your Attendant call flow is designed... and assuming that IVR reporting for each node is enabled.
